Annual Subsidy of US$ 50,000 to each NOC Member.

US $ 20,000 to the NOC holding the Regional Games.

US $ 15,000 as special grant-in-aid for specific projects.

Share of revenues generated from the marketing of the Asian Games.

Airfare for one delegate per NOC attending the General Assembly

Board and lodging for 3delegates attending the OCA General Assembly.

Airfare and board and lodging for one delegate attending the Annual Meeting of the Secretary Generals.

Relief aid to disaster areas.

US $ 100,000 for Olympasia projects.

Airfare, Accommodation and Indemnity for Standing Committee members attending the Committee Meetings.

Working on a progressive for 2004 - 2005 quadrennial period

The realization and implementation of Olympic Solidarity programmes from 2005 and beyond

Olympasia Projects.

The General Assembly: 3 representatives of each of the 45 National Olympic Committees (NOCs) together with the office bearers from the body of the "General Assembly" which meets annually.

Tenure of Office: Tenure of office is for 4 years. The office-bearers are eligible for re-election at the General Assembly meeting specifically designed for elections.

The Executive Board of OCA consists of one President with 8 Vice-Presidents coming from the 5 different zones of the Asian Continent (East, South East, South, Central and West Asia). The other 3 Vice President are coming from the host country of the Asian Summer Games, Winter Asian Games and the Asian Indoor Games along with the Secretary General, the Chairman of 10 OCA Standing Committee, Chairman Coordination Commission for Doha 2006, Director General and Technical director.
